I grew up in the burbs outside Northeast Philadelphia and worked in a Pizza shop while in high school a few decades ago. Life has taken me to a few places around the world and this shop is awesome. Yo Nick and team keep up the legacy, the good food and the great service.

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is the same price as fast food, but double the amount of food, and the flavor is out of this world! The Boardwalk is the best burger I have ever had! The staff makes you feel like family, and my husband being Italian, says the food is dead on real Italian sandwiches.

This place is a must! Stopped by on a whim before going to the aquarium. This place was AMAZING! The folks inside running it all were the most welcoming, nicest, and just down to earth.

Then the food…WOW so good so authentic! This place is THE BEST! As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately as with everyone else that walked in after us. The food came out as we were getting our drinks and before we even sat down and it was delicious. Fries were hot and crispy, bread was toasted, cheese was melted.

Best meal we had in Corpus Christi during our entire trip! Everything tasted great! Very good local restaurant. Seems like you can't go wrong with anything you order. Everything my family ordered tasted great!

All the workers were friendly , and the atmosphere felt like a place up north! If you're in the area, definitely try this place out! So, my girlfriend and I live in San Antonio and sometimes we take little day trips to Corpus Beach when we're both off of work.

We had passed this place before and it caught my eye, but we never stopped in. We decided today to give it a shot and man oh MAN. This is a MUST for anyone in the area.

Best Cheesesteak we've had in South Texas. Perfectly seasoned fries. Large portion size. The dude working the line was super cool and friendly. Really fun decor and atmosphere.

Overall, I just wish there was a 6 star option. A new must stop place for us when in the area. An absolute must! Cannoli were so good too! We both had the Philly Special and it is hands down, the Best Philly on North Beach and Corpus Christi. Stop on by and get a Philly and Ring the Bell, you will be glad you did! For lunch, we ordered the Italian Hoagie Combo, Cheese Steak, Personal Pizza, and Chicken Nuggets Meal. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly.

The walls are covered with sports memorabilia and movie posters tied to the city of Philadelphia, so you really get the Philly atmosphere in there.

In my area we have a guy that is the king of the Philly Cheese Steak. I believe these guys might be related Well well well we stepped in to see what this place had and it was all that and more. The staff was nice. The food was good and the cooks were great people.

I feel bad saying this but I think this guy takes the crown for the meanest cheese steak around. I wish I could have taken a picture of my food when I first got it but I had already ate one half of the sandwich before I took the picture.

I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. Best Philly Cheesesteak sandwich in CC!!! Great food, awesome customer service, super wonderful vibes, atmosphere is cool, nice pics of Philly and again the food is GREAT! Cool place to hang out 😉.

Breakfast restaurant. Chicken restaurant. Show 3 more. Whataburger is a fast food chain that specializes in stacked burgers. It was founded in Corpus Christi in and still operates out of the same location today.

While there the family really wanted to go to Whataburger. Can't say no to that. Lovely place. The service is a bit lacking and the food was so so.

But the family didn't complain and we had a great time. That's really the important thing to take from all of this. The employees were probably tired and ready for the new year celebration.

The only 2 story Whataburger ever built. Same great tasting burger that you know and love. The atmosphere is great! Enjoy your meal on their outside patio, but watch out for the seagulls, they might try to steal your fries!

This Whataburger is across the street from the Bay! You can sit upstairs outside and enjoy the beautiful view while you eat a delicious burger! I came here from Dallas and they did not disappoint! This is the largest Whataburger I've been to, with 2 stories and an outside seating area on the balcony.

Fast service in spite of at least 2 Boy Scout troops, a Girl Scout troop, another large group, and our Trail Life troop. Food was good, staff was friendly, and good service. One of the fastest and friendliest Whataburger i have been to.

The cashier was very nice and patient with my kids ordering. The food was warm and fresh. This location is also cool as it is two floors and has an outdoor seating area, but today was too humid to be out there. Glad we got to stop here while on our trip.

This Whataburger is unique in that it is the only 2 story ever built. Of course, same great delicious food is served here. If you are visiting from another part of the country and have never tried Whataburger, you MUST stop here before you leave the area. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy.

I highly recommend this place for your next meal!! I can understand why people think Whataburger is better than in-n-out. But to be honest they're in different categories and can't really be compared to each other.

But it definitely beats McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Jack in the Box, etc. out of the water. This location is a two story restaurant which is dope. The 2nd floor had its own soda fountain station. The food was brought up to the 2nd floor.

Got the patty melt which was bomb. The regular Whataburger was a bit sad. The onion rings awesome. Love the spicy and fancy ketchup too.

The regular Whataburger wasn't that great just because the structure feels so off. The onions, lettuce and tomatoes were in like half of the burger. And this is my only complaint. I would get the patty melt every time with onion rings and a side of the patty melt sauce if I would eat here again.

And I should. The service and staff are really great and friendly. I wish this was everywhere. Compared to sonics it is pretty close too. When sonics has the garlic bacon burger it's hard for me to not love sonics more.

And the consistency across every food item at sonics is better than Whataburger. But still the best item at Whataburger comes pretty close to even with the best item at sonics.

At that point I can't choose. They said this was the flagship Whataburger, and I didn't know what that meant until I showed up. It's amazing! This location has two stories and a balcony that you can sit on and look out over the water!

Plus, it had the best Whataburger food I've ever eaten at Whataburger! And that said something Interesting site with some history to it as well. Two level seating with an upstairs outdoor patio with great views.

The view is amazing and service good. Get there early for good parking and avoid crowds. This location gets pretty busy due to it being a flagship store. Food is good like all the other locations. My last two times eating there were not a pleasant experience. I got served chicken tenders which were dry, hard, and hardly any meat in them. And my fries were old. I'm definitely not happy with the way they are now.

The cheese was only partially melted, and they put NO SEASONING AT ALL on Burger Patty, at least, that is how it it tasted. The seasoned French fries are at least seasoned but floppy and not crispy AT ALL. Water is better for you in this heat anyway.

Went there Monday to go have lunch with my family. Everything was awesome! The employees were friendly and helpful. Our food came out in a timely manner, everything was hot, fresh, and ready.

I had ordered the bacon, cheese burger and it was very delicious! Now that I am aware of that, next time whenever I come back, I'll order the little bacon, cheese burger.

The car in front of me had just one meal, that was placed in a bag. An employee asked me to pull forward and wait for them to bring the food out to me. Another employee brought the food to me without a bag, just a small box with loose napkins.

I requested jalapeno ranch when ordering, and when asked if I wanted any condiments, I said yes to spicy ketchup. I did not receive the jalapeno ranch, so I had to park and go inside to retrieve one from the counter.

The employee was apologetic. Got to my destination and realized I had been given regular ketchup instead of the spicy, wasn't going to go back for a second time for that as well. The restaurant has a really friendly atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Some of the favourites include the Thanksgiving dinner, pizza burger, and Sandi's waffle. Food and service was wonderful. As we arrived we were immediately told to seat ourselves and that it would be about 30 minutes for the food to be at the table.

Omelets and pancakes were great. The kids enjoyed old time glass sodas. Checked out this diner at the new Staples location. Great atmosphere. We were told we could sit immediately at counter but it could take 30 minutes and it did. The waiter was so fun and personable.

Nice little place, family friendly, 50's themed, Happy Days style, burger n shake diner. You seat yourself. The staff is friendly, the service was good. I ordered a burger that was good, fries were perfectly crispy.

Next time I'm going to try a different style burger. They have a good variety. I would recommend this place. Which then I had a burger. This time I tried the pork nachos. It was so gross! The pork was reheated and the cheese was not melted. I did tell my waiter I needed more bbq sauce just to mask the reheated taste.

The only reason why I got the bbq sauce is because he was walking to another table. The food here is really good, a fair selection of different types of burgers and typical diner food. I specifically went because I wanted to try the funnel cake fries, which were good but after the novelty of it, you realize that a traditional funnel cake is better.

I would say maybe half my orders were for the novelty. I would only suggest this if you are sharing with three or more people. We splurged for the hotrod toy for the kids meal.

Spoiler alert, if you have a toddler aka toy breaker, you will want to skip this. It's the cute little paper cars that are used for decorations on the center of the table but definitely not the best for toddlers. Non-destructive children should find them as pretty cute distractions.

Everyone enjoyed the food, got the breakfast plate for my son who then decided he didn't want breakfast which is I would say that if you have toddlers it may not be the best place to take them unless they have a great deal of willpower to stay in their seats with all of the old decorations around the place.
